If you’d like to return an item, please get in touch with me first at toyourdoorphysio@hotmail.com before sending anything back.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, and once approved, you’ll have another 14 days to post the item back. Refunds will be issued once your return has been received and checked. Please note, deductions may be made if the item shows clear signs of use.

Customers are responsible for covering tracked return postage costs.

For digital items, refunds are only available if the product hasn’t been downloaded, opened, or accessed. Most of our digital downloads are sent instantly via email link, so once access has been granted, these items are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible so we can make things right.
